Load the CA Gateway image into Docker or Podman.

[docker|podman] load --input cagw-api-<VERSION>-docker.tar.gz

Where <VERSION> is the CA Gateway version – for example:

$ docker load --input cagw-api-3.3-2559.docker.tar.gz
