PKI Hub supports a disaster recovery model in which two PKI Hub clusters are deployed in an active–warm standby model across two independent datacenters. Each datacenter hosts an identical cluster.
- One datacenter operates in active mode and receives production traffic through the load balancer.
- The second cluster is maintained in warm standby, with all software installed and configuration pre-applied, but with application services stopped.
This approach minimizes recovery time while ensuring configuration consistency and operational readiness.
