Support for the Cryptographic Security Platform PKI DB Appliance (CEG-3529)

Starting in this release, Certificate Enrollment Gateway supports the Cryptographic Security Platform PKI DB Appliance as a supported database. To support this database, Certificate Enrollment Gateway must be deployed in Cryptographic Security Platform release 1.3 or later, and the Cryptographic Security Platform must be deployed with a PKI DB Appliance. In the Configuration Management Console, under the General tab, the Database Type setting has been updated to support a new Database Appliance option to use the PKI DB Appliance.
