Some start-up operations require opening ports for outgoing traffic – for example:

• Selecting the DNS server, as explained later in Configuring the connection of the PKI Hub ISO installation.
• Configuring the NTP client, as explained later in Configuring time synchronization. 

Verify that these ports are accessible for outgoing traffic on all the installation nodes.
