See below for rejecting a certificate issuance or renewal request.

To reject a pending certificate request

1. Log in as an administrator with the required permissions. 

   See Browsing roles for the permissions granted to each ad administrator role.

2. Go to Control > Requests For Approval.
3. In the main grid, click Select Action > Reject for a pending certificate request.
4. In the Reject form, add a mandatory comment on the reason for rejecting the request.
5. Click Reject.
