In this step, select a Bulk Destination to publish the certificates. Specifically:

• The bulk destination Status must be Verified (the bulk destinations selector omits non-validated bulk destinations).
• If the bulk destination Key Destination File Path is not set, a Pre-Issuance Playbook strategy must handle the key placement. 
• If the bulk destination Certificate Destination File Path is not set, a Step 5 - Deployment playbook must handle the certificate placement.
