If the Cloud status of a CloudKey is unavailable, you can force-purge the CloudKey.

To force a CloudKey purge

1. Log in to the Vault web GUI using an account with Cloud Admin privileges.
2. In the top menu bar, click CloudKeys.

3. Click the CloudKeys tab.

4. Select the key set for the CloudKey that you want to force purge. 

   For Azure, you must also select the Type.

5. Check that the Cloud Status is effectively Not Available.

6. Click Actions > Purge.

7. On the Force Purge CloudKey screen, type the name of the CloudKey and click Continue.

8. On the confirmation screen, type "Delete this key" and click Purge.
