Use the Crypto CLI wrap command to wrap a symmetric key.
Important: Only symmetric keys can be wrapped.
Syntax
cryptocli wrap [options]
Option | Description |
-h or --help | Displays usage text. |
-d or --data string | The data to be wrapped. Strings must be enclosed in double quotes. |
-m or --mode string | The mode to be used for wrapping. Strings must be enclosed in double quotes. |
-k or --keyGuid string | The key GUID to be used for wrapping. Strings must be enclosed in double quotes. |
-T or --keyType string | The key type. Strings must be enclosed in double quotes. |
