To check the status of a domain

1. Log in as an administrator with either:
   • Theglobal_admin role.
   • The <ca>_admin role for the certificate authority that issues the domain certificates.
2. Go to Control > Domains.
3. Select a domain.
4. Click Check Status to update the following domain information, 
   • Next step
   • OV Eligible
   • EV Eligible
   • Verification status
   • Last Updated On

Next step

The next step for verifying the domain.

OV Eligible

if the domain certificates can be OV certificates;   otherwise.

EV Eligible

if the domain certificates can be EV certificates; otherwise.

Verification status

The status of the domain verification process.

Last Updated On

The date of the last domain verification.
