To edit certificates in bulk
- Log in as an administrator with one of the following roles.
- The global_admin role.
- The <ca>_admin role for the certificate authority that issued the certificates.
- A Certificate Role with permission to edit certificates for the same certificate authority and certificate profile.
- Go to Control > Certificates.
- Click Bulk Actions.
- In the Select bulk actions drop-down list, select Edit.
- Configure a filter for the certificates you want to edit. Use the filter options to combine several filters.
- In the Select field drop-down list, select the name of an editable field.
- In the Value drop-down list, type a new value for the selected field.
- Click Add. You can optionally select and add more fields to modify.
- Click Save to add all the certificates matching the filter to the edit background task.
An
INFO
log will indicate the number of updated certificates upon task completion.
Owner
The email address of the person responsible for the certificate – for example, the Web server operator.
Description
A brief description of the certificate purpose.
Access Tags
One or several Certificate Access Tags.
Certificate Roles with any of these tags will grant permissions on the certificate.
