Serial number added to certificate issuing notification email (ATEAM-18345)

Emails notifying the successful issuance of a certificate now include the certificate's serial number, allowing it to be easily tracked on the user interface.

Support for custom service names (ATEAM-18601)

This release adds support for using custom names to differentiate httpd services.

DORA-compliant password policy (ATEAM-18829, ATEAM-18830 & ATEAM-18831)

This release hardens the password policy to meet the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) official EU Regulation 2022/2554.

Truststore format selector (ATEAM-18880)
