Different ports for administration and end-user services (EDM-17153)

This release sets 8443 as the port for accessing administration services. For example, the URL of the management console is now:

End-user services will continue using ports 80 and 443.

New user management console (EDM-18229, EDM-18230 & EDM-18231)

This release introduces a console for registering users and managing user settings, such as permissions, credentials, and session timeouts.

Hardened operating password policy (EDM-18608)

Cryptographic Security Platform 1.3 hardens the following settings of the operating system password policy.
