Empty Subject sent to Entrust CA (ATEAM-19237)

When a CA Gateway profile defines CA variables but none are of UserType type (that is, only Custom variables such as email), CA Gateway sends an empty Subject DN to Entrust CA instead of the DN built from the profile subject-builder template, causing new-user enrollment to fail with a Distinguished Name (DN) parse error.

Bug resolution details: CA Gateway now applies the full subject DN from the profile template, so profiles without a UserType CA variable enroll successfully.

TLS 1.3 not enforced (ATEAM-19438)

The Entrust Proxy for Microsoft CA accepts TLS 1.2 connections and weak cipher suites instead of enforcing TLS 1.3.

Sectigo Enterprise Pro Single Domain profile not supported (ATEAM-19635)

Certificate enrollment fails when using the Sectigo Enterprise Pro Single Domain profile with a Sectigo CA.
